Introduction
Christchurch Bay is located in the South Coast of the UK, on the Dorset & Hampshire border. It is a fantastic case study teaching us the importance of sediment cells, dynamic equilibrium, landforms like salt marshes, spits & cliffs, sea level change, longshore drift and hard vs soft engineering solutions.
